South Coast Design has successfully delivered projects in model home
merchandising, contract design and residential interiors for nearly 25
years. We listen to the uniqueness of each client and face the design
challenge to arrive at the best solutions. Our signature service includes
principal involvement in all phases of the design process.
Many of our projects have focused on model home design for new homes and
apartment dwellings, as well as their recreation rooms, lobbies, offices,
and design centers. Reinforcing the developer's vision, enhancing the
architectural elements and designing specifically for the buyer are the
hallmarks of our work. Our goal is to show the builder's product to its
best advantage with high impact, imaginative and personal rooms.
Commercial and residential design projects round out our portfolio. Recent
commercial projects include the Cox Suite at the new Petco Park Baseball
Stadium, and a women's shelter for South Bay Community Services-HomeAid San
Diego.
